Kicked Via Punkbuster (0 min) Losing Key Packets?

Recently In the past few days I have been getting this kick error( Kicked via punkbuster (0 min) losing key packets) I have no clue what it means and if anyone can please help me out that would be really great thanks.

Try manually updating PB.

I have done that and iam still getting the same problem also tryed the bf2 demo got kicked due to same reason this is seriously starting to **** me off.

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling.
