I got it a while ago in the blackhawk gunner seat. I had to get a friend of mine to get me the Aviator badge, I tried a couple times and I kept dying in about 5 seconds.

Yeah i got it but im not sure how, it was one of my first badges 10 mins in a helo is that right?

I dont have that badge yet, am a lousy flyer. Also, the basic helicopter badge does not require any kills.

do you guys read??? he said " who dosent have the basic chopper badge" dont say how you got it.
so is there are people who dont have at all the basic chopper badge? i have and wanted it... if you dont have it, you dont want it. its simple;
if you cant get it, its because you dont want enough; if you dunno why you got it, then you wanted it (unvoluntary).

PFFTT NOOBS!! Do what I did.. grab a helicopter, fly straight up and stay there till you get it.

Lead your targets, have a good pilor that can keep you alive, and the nose up so you can see targets, or learn how to use the rockets.

As a pilot you want to learn how to position yourself in a hover, so your gunner can have an easier time hit with the gun, and so you can accurately use the rockets, and learn how to jump out of that hover and evade incoming missles. The key is to stay alive, not just try to rack up kills yet die otfen, more time in the air equals more opportunity to score.

Once you unload rockets on a target, if you have only one or two (I dump at 5 or less) dump the rest into the air to reload for another barrage instead of coming up short.

I never really looked at the UBAR page until today so I didn't know what was needed for each badge. I just play the game as though there are no ranks, badges or medals. When I saw what was missing I was just surprised at not having the Basic Helicopter that's all :)

well im used to it, people take it too personnal sometimes.
even in public server everybody tries to vote kick me :laugh: happens all the time...

Getting it would be pretty easy. I'm just interested in the badges that I didn't get by just playing the game that way I like to :)
