Go to the player score screen (tab)
Right-click to get a mouse cursor
Click on the 'Manage' tab
Click the box next to the person you want to vote kick. -

you may not be able to do this depending on the server settings or if a vote is already in progress.Comment

and that brings up a point....why is it that some ranked servers are running with settings that don't allow for vote kicks?????!!!!?!?!?
Last night 1 guy kept going the eastern alley on Karkand, trying to flank me and a clanmate from our rooftop perch, after eating a GP-30 round 2-3 times he made it a mission to get us, which, well, didn't happen. Got him so ****ed that on the next mapside he switched teams, joined our squad and then proceeded to TK us on purpose. I kicked him from the squad, which helped, but everytime he found us he'd TK again....
I brought up the player menu to start a kickvote, but Thanks Mr. Admin, no way to bring his actions to anyone's attention....ugh. Not that kick votes work much, but its better than nothing...Comment

If a server is run well, it will have kickvote disabled and auto kick for XXX number of TK's enabled. Kick votes are one of the most annoying thing in this game, more than all the bugs combined. Everytime someone gets ****ed because they are getting their ass handed to them it's a nonstop barrage of kickvotes. I used to have it disenabled in my settings, since it almost never works anyway, but I want to have voting privileges for things like "next map".Comment
