Is it possible to change your name without losing your stats ? For instance in you leave/join a squad can you change your name to reflect it ?

You can only add a prefix in front. Like a clan tag. The rest of your name stays the same...if you want to keep your stats.
Otherwise start a new account.
You can't change you prefix in game...when you leave a squad. Not sure what you mean about that part.
Are you talking clan tags in front?
