are there any tv tuners i can get that will also work with digital cable, so i can get more than basic cable, cuz i have digital cable, but i need a box, and a box costs money per month, so i wanted to know if there is a tv tuner to get all the digital channels.

I do not believe so. The cable box that the company sends you has a chip in it to decode the digital signal and process it. It also contains your subscription information (ie, if you get HBO, etc).
Also, save your sig as a .png form. It will get rid of the white and make it look much nicer
