skinning question

hey,i was wundering when you skin what block do you skin or do you have to do all of them? heres a pic

so thers like a block and then it keeps getting smaller what one do you have to skin?

When you open that file it asks you if it should display mipmaps.
Click no and it will show the biggest one only.

Yes, Sir.
When you save it the mipmaps will be generated automatically
