It is actually ET.

I read it in a dev interview, can't seem to find that link though.......

The class replaces the medic given its healing powers, and can extend its neck to see over buildings, etc.

Although, its one weakness, Reese's Pieces, can be used by the enemy to lure him into an ambush.

Yeah. They have the Reese's Pieces factory as a map too, it's to protect their new super medics. The insurgents seized the factory to exploit the weakness, so the SEALs are sent in to take control again.
