if your just starting out use Windows movie Maker cuz its easy but once you get good, use Fraps and Sony Vegas.

How do you use Fraps to make movies? Fraps only take sthe videos in game; you need Movie Maker to put them all together. IF you are talking about recording a clip from a game, Fraps does that (Movie maker can't). If you have a bucnh of clips you need MM to put them together and make a long movie.

              HEY

              Fraps = In-game recorder
Vegas = The movie maker (more complicated and advanced than Windows Movie Maker)

Fraps + Vegas = Good Movie (Sometimes)

Thats how you use Fraps to make movies

For my Knifing Rampage in-game combat vid:
I used Battle Recorder for in-game action.
Fraps to record the Battle Recorder footage/camera angles
Windows movie maker to edit it.

Its easy really, though windows movie maker is limited in what you can do, Sony Vegas is better and Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 is the best.

Here's my Knifing Rampage vid link: http://www.r2clan.com/modules.php?na...p=getit&lid=23

If you want to use Battle Recorder, jump on our server Raging Rebels Ranked 1.03 Battle Recorder is fully functional and available for all to download, then after you have finished playing your games go into the Community tab in game and download the BR file, play the file, record the footage using Fraps, edit it.

                Enjoy

                  Editing:
                  Windows Movie Maker
                  Ulead VideoStudio 9
                  Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5
                  Recording:
Fraps while in BFrecorder and in game
