Ok well last night I started to get the problem where the game locks up solid as soon as you get into a server, and now today I cant even load the game!
The first time I got this was after I installed a mod and tried to join a server. It turned out that I can installed the mod/patch but not to the correct directory !
Well I managed to sort this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, then when i went to test it, i joined a server and got the same lock up as usual, I had to restart my pc and now it doesnt load windows... Well done bf2
