i got a new monitor that doesn't support the resolution my bf2 was set at on the old monitor. can anyone tell me if there is any way to change the resolution by editing some file in the bf2 directory in a text editor or something similar?
edit: so i found this: game.setGameDisplayMode 800 600 32 0
in my C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Local\Default directory in the Video.con file. i think that might be it, but if my resolution were 800x600 the game should show on my monitor i believe. if the 32 means 32-bit color quality that is what my desktop is set at and it is running fine. any help would be greatly appreciated.
