    Re: Inspiring Teamwork [Challange]

My clan and i use this as well when we go Pubbin' (we be Pubbin"!)
It is always a hoot and we usually have the highest scores. Not that high scores are our goal but they reflect good team work and cohesion. In many situations that i have been in i would have surely been dead if i hadn't had my squad mates. It is very gratifying to know that you are help to improve someones game play and that they are helping to improve yours.

    :)

    Game ON !!!!

Glad to see some folks taking pro-active steps towards building good teamwork.
I've just finished yapping with a buddy of mine who needed a little bit of pounding on to get him to understand the whole concept of teamwork.
When you're playing together, ya gotta WORK together! No running off and doing your own thing!

On a tangent, another friend was talking about how much he loves it when SLs are smart enough to let someone else take point. I couldn't agree more. The SL should be assigning waypoints (or relaying them from the commander), but shouldn't be leading the charge. The point man is the most often picked off. If he's a squadie, it's no big deal. He can just respawn at the SL and keep movin. If it's the SL, then the squad is effectivly broken (assuming there's no medic to put him back on his feet).

Hehe, some of the things gamers yap about over morning coffee, eh?

            Hehe... well, Enthusiastic, maybe.

I just got tired of seeing people moaning about no teamwork in the game when they weren't taking it upon themselves to DO something about it.

Teamwork.... What a great thing. But sometimes it can be like trying to clap with one hand. Last night played some Daly Plant. We were Americans. So My squad and I (all of 3 people) had manage to capture the main entrance, we had some how managed to hold it for quite awhile. I noticed that it was our only land spawn and still nobody but our squad was there. we were getting hammered but tanks and apc's. It was pretty insane actually. I was running around with two kits. (spec/AT) I take a look at my main map. Whadda know. Everyone else on my tema was on the carrier fighting over jets and choppers. The choppers that did make it off all only seemed to have one person.

So team work is great when you are in your little squad but on the grand scale, if no one else is in there little squads than you are going to have one hell of a time.

needless to say we lost. Next round i jumped in a heli and took out the the damn heli that were owning us and i got kicked. Surprise surprise.....
