    Outlook Express Help...

    As soon as windows update had finished..my OE just wont send or receive emails. Could it be something to do with my Norton?

      After windows update runs, I usually have to tell zone alarm to allow the new version to access the internet. The permission you granted for the earlier version doesn't carry over to the newer version.

          It could be that the Pop/IMAP/SMTP server that your ISP uses is not responding at this time. Mine sometimes goes down.

              I don't think it is anything to do with POP3 and all that but giving permission to grant it, is what I did last time I think, but I don't know how did it lol, So if you have norton anyone...could you please tell me.
