You didn't really give a lot of info you know?

Have you a screenshot? What's the Windows error message? Have you tried downloading the latest version of Windows Installer?

Well, when I run setup.exe off of the disk, it shows the splash screen and the extracting bar, but then the installer crashes.

Do you know where I can find the latest version of Windows Installer?
