Find out if your ISP is giving you webspace(most ISP's usually do). If they are, use it. No bandwidth limits, just a storage limit. I get 15MB's from my ISP and I hardly ever go over the limit.

Yup...the only annoyance with photobucket is that images over a certain file size are resized automatically.
