Is it really *that* hard to use English well?
I can understand people who don't speak english as their first language having some problems, but neither of you guys can use that excuse.

My spelling sucks. Granted. I often make gawdawful mistakes.
However, I at least put some effort into making sure my posts are readable and contain content worth reading.

By cotinually posting crap that looks like it was spouted by a 4th grade drop out, all you do is make yourself look stupid in the eyes of other posters. No point in arguing that fact. It's simply the way it is.
Forums are for communication. If you can't communicate, then it's time to suck it up and LEARN!

wargimp dont throw out the grammar argument - there is nothing more pathetic and you end up putting yourself on the ****er's side of the table... just retort intelligently rather than nit picking at his english... cause here in aus we truly dont give a crap. a valuable point of view is far more respectable than somone having a go at the words and grammar behind the argument... who do you think stands taller at the end of the day. this is the internet, not oxford - build a bridge and get over yourself

Seriously, I think he has something to say or I wouldn't both to read his posts, let alone pick on 'em.

It's worked, to an extent. He's latest posts haven't been nearly the eyesore that his earlier ones were.

Besides, he knows I'm just rattling his cage.

To the point of not caring about spelling/grammer/clearity being an Aussy thing... er, no, I wouldn't agree. There's plenty of Canadians and Americans that don't care either. My spelling sucks! However, when someone has something worth saying is it not worth saying it well?

Is not being clear in your message and knowladgeable in your facts something that everyone should at least try to do?

Is there really anything wrong with giving someone a nudge in that direction?
