Re: Your most frustrating moments
I sympathize with those who get punished for team members walking into their claymores, mines, etc. DICE greatly reduced the excuse for such incidents by placing a warning on friendly players' HUDs. If people choose to ignore them, that's their own decision.
However, I can also see the friendly fire recipients' view. There are some people who really do place mines and claymores on pathways that are obviously traversed more by team members than by enemy forces. It should be common curtasy to think before you place.
I find people who are so focused on "getting the kill" that they willingly and knowingly endanger their friends.
Example (1): people who start throwing grenades at tanks when there are other friendlies around the tank.
Example (2): pilots who launch rocket barrages or bomb showers on a target where there are obviously friendly units.
Despite being victim to such incidents, I have yet to punish such people. I believe in human mistakes and errors; but there really needs to be some restraint shown by those with considerable firepower under their control.
