How can you even get that high to begin with..? Sorry im new to the game... and what is stat padding..? Just by common sense im guessing it has to do with them cheating to get high scores... maybe from talking to someone on the other team or something. But idk.

Those accounts won't last long especially because of the stat tracker.

All EA has to do is run a program with a filter on its account to show how many points a person is gaining per round or over a period of time.

for those padders in the pic, i doubt they did it just by resupplying/healing their teammates. it takes too long to get over 700 pts in a round. my guess would be each of teams got a chopper then they kept re-capturing the same flag.
