Ive been playing for 100 hours with the password box checked. Now after dling Xfire i need to know my password. To my horror i forgot. Too my second horror my parents have 'tidied' and thrown out my password paper. Too my third and most worrying horror, the damn pookmail name i used is 'there for security reasons and wont let me open the message'. Honestly ive tryed everything even dling password recovery stuff, all of which dont work coz its full screen. OMG Im screwed aint i

I am pretty sure, you can recover your password, by just having them send it to you email address. There should be a little button that says lost your password, click here.Comment

Yup that's the one...go to gamespy and they will send an email...I guess in this specific case the idea to have the gamespy and bf2 use the same account saved ur butt.Comment

Re: O god, 100 hours nearly down the ****ter
How do people forget their password . . . ? Seriously, how can you forget a password to something you use, obviously, very often?
For future reference, you might want to make a word document containing your passwords, print it out and stick it in your unederwear draw or something. This way you have a copy on the PC and a copy with your boxers. You could hide the document in some deep directory and name it something other than "Passwords" this way no-one else except for yourself and your boxers have access to the document.Comment

congratulations on being an ass.Originally posted by odincongratulations on being an idiot.
In the beggining , account registrations were a real pain in the ass, if you had same password as someone else you couldnt register, so I had to make like 10 different emails and like choose 10 different passwords before I got it right. I dont know what my pass is too.Comment

Re: O god, 100 hours nearly down the ****ter
I know people mentioned this already, but, there is an option in core BF2, 'Use Old Account' or something like that...and if you press on that, I think it has a Password recovery thing.Originally posted by ApfelTizerIve been playing for 100 hours with the password box checked.
