Could also possibly be a ram fault. You can run a test using a program from http://www.memtest86.com/ to test each module. Good luck matey.

Water cooling isnt neccesairy on a fairly standard system like your own, it could be cooling, or bad memory, does it do it with more games besides just BF2? Do you use programs to mount bf2's DVD image? cos i had trouble with that too..

Since you cant play BF2 anyways, i'd say experiment a little. Try running with just one 3dcard, then the other.. same for the ram.

Yes. Prime 95 it. If you can't run Prime 95 solid for an hour without any miscalculations, then you got a problem with your ram.

Before doing that though, run a temp monitor program, and run a game that you can play. Also, when your temps get high under load, check inside the case to make sure all your fans are running.

If Prime 95 fails. Then run memtest 86. There are other ways besides a floppy disc, but just buy a freakin 9 dollar floppy, connect with an IDE cable temporarily and test your RAM. If you failed memtest, you'll have to pull all your sticks of RAM out, and test each stick one by one.

If all your sticks pass individually, than you have a problem running with PAT enabled, or you don't have enough vDIMM voltage. Make sure you're running the latest BIOS for your motherboard. If not, flash your motherboard. This should actually be done if you couldn't pass memtest. Remember when flashing the MOBO to turn your BIOS settings to default. Never OC (overclock) and flash.

Umm, I guess other than that, make sure your power supply can support the two vid cards in Sli. Use a simple power consumption calculator for that. Like this one: http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/

Let me know how it goes.

EDIT: I obviously gave you the sloppiest breakdown possible, but it should give you an idea that you have options.
