I Keep getting banned from ranked servers for no reason.

Does any one know who do I contact to let them know that some clans are not running their server right?
Yesterday I was playing on a BF 2 ranked server named -OE- an I got banned because i was owning them on the jet,when they kicked me it said your have been banned for team killing and stealing enemy vehicles,
and never team kill any one or stold any of their vehicles,I got banned today again for the same reason.
I was flying the jet I had 25 kills and 2 deaths I was owning every one there on the jet,the admins were flying the enemy jets everytime they got on the air i took them down,after a couple of times I got banned for the same reason i did yesterday.
Now I think that just because your paying for the server that doesn't mean you can kick people-or bann people just because they are better than you.
Now can any 1 tell who do I talk to about this problem.

Exactly who are YOU to dictate how people should run THEIR servers?

They pay the money, they run the thing, they get to set the rules.
Joining a server is like walking into someone's house. If they kick you out for even the stupiest of reasons, it's still their right to do so. Who would you complain to about that?

Yes, there's some stupid admins out there. Yes, some dweebs get off on abusing "the power" of being an admin. Yes, some rules are unreasonable.

But if ya don't like it, goto someone else's house!

If this is a chronic problem for you, you might want to look at your own behaviour while you are playing. I've had some serious ownage rounds and don't get kicked. I got a ban from one server, but that was only a 5 minute and entierly my own fault (I kinda overloaded their word filter in a fit of annoyance ).

Yes, but they didn't buy the stat servers, and kicking people for "owning" destroys the fairness of the stat system.

Admins are no more than another 12 years old just managed to get his parents pay for the server, they ban anyone that kills them. Just now I got baned for killing carrier AA over and over and over again, pretty pathedic, but understandable

You aren't playing on the stats server.
You are playing on something owned or rented by a privet individual, that happens to talk to the stats server. EA is able to enforce things related to abuse of their stats server (pistol/kinfe only servers, for example), but they cannot dictate, enforce, or administer local rules.

Again, let me underline a point:
If you are getting banned often, you shoud look to your own behaviour. Are you respecting local rules? Are you beaking off like a smack-tard? Are you fun to play with? Is your playing on the server adding to other people's enjoyment?

I've got no issues with admins that boot people who are not fun to play with, regaurdless of talent.

No, you aren't playing on their stat server, however, your stats acquired from their servers will be fed into the stat server (which are owned by EA and payed for by us buying their games)...I'm sorry but I'm not quite sure where you are going with this.

Hmm... how to explain this better...

It's a matter of direct interaction.
If the server is set up to abuse the stats, then EA has the athority to do something about it. If it's a matter of adminning the server, they do not (unless you are playing on an offical EA server, of cource).

The game servers are simply not the property of EA. They are rented or owned by poeple. They are alowed to regulare who connects, who doesn't, who gets booted, and who can be an admin. The service of the server is to connect clients. That is owned by the server owners (as long as it doesn't violate the EULA).

EA can regulate servers in terms of the flow of stats data into it's servers, but they can't regulate the servers themselves. This is also why servers MUST conform to EA's settings requirments in order to be ranked.

Let's look at the house metaphor again:
Say there's someone's home that you come into. They have themselves a nice little grow opp going on. They kick you out because they think you are a narc. You have every right to go to the cops and rat 'em out. On the flipside, you go over to someone else's house and spark up a cigarette. They don't like that (even though you think it's perfectly acceptable) and kick you out. Since they have not done a crime, there's nothing you can do about it. Smoking might be legal and acceptable in public, but since you were NOT in a public place they are alowed to boot you even if your choice to smoke is a *right*.

Bottom line: Game servers are NOT public property. Nor do they belong to EA. They belong to whoever shells out the money for 'em.

In the end, it's not worth being ticked off or arguing the point. Just go find another server. There's LOTS out there.

I don't do anything wrong i respect players I don't talk smack.
The reason why they banned me all the time is cause we have been playing together for a long time,There is allways competition in between us and some of them don't like getting owned,they get mad and they kick or bann me.
