expert resupply, heal, engineer - who and how?

Who has these and how the h3ll did you manage to get so many points in just one round. I have the requirements for medic expert heal but I can't get close to the 25 heal points you need. revives no problem - heals! very difficult.

any pointers people? the right maps? locations? be in a squad? lone wolf it? heal from a vehicle?

I have the expert repair badge.

Wake Island. Low number of players on a 64 player server. Look for say 8 or 9.

Once it starts...just repair like mad. Hopefully you get opponents who like to blow up arty, etc.

Took me 2 days and about 20 maps to find the right combination. Big thing is you need 300 tickets and a map/round that lasts about a hour or more.

The heals and resupply experts I'd go Karkand...same thing though. 10 players, 300 tickets and a long round.

Spam those bags everywhere!

See that's the deal there... without the right combo your screwed. I've got close to 20 heals on wake but then the round ends - too much bombing (instant deaths) for me to do anything about.

I'll probably go mega-medic on some urban maps. Cheers for the tips.

I finally got lucky enough on my round on Wake where I got the expert repair.

I repaired the arty...all 3 of them...4x.

Subtle hint though. Let the enemy blow it up. I'd watch him take it out...run down...kill him and repair all 3. Rinse and repeat.

I think those badges are for stat padders. You know someone is points whore when he has those badges.

I've been trying for expert first aid... it's so damn hard. I try to get it on Strike at Karkand or Sharqi. You just gotta spam med packs like crazy and hope your team is smart enough to pick them up as they need healing. I find trying for it that people tend to ignore the packs a lot and when they got low health they rush out and die. I end up getting way more revive points then heal points. I won't even bother with expert engi. I busted my butt getting veteran engi and I don't want to go thru that again. 25 repair points will take some serious luck.
I think wake island is a pretty good map to get expert engi. You can get repair points for repairing the AA on the carrier...let those j10's destroy it then quickly repair it for 1-2 points. Then if and when they destroy the arty..take a boat over there and repair them.


This morning I managed to get xpert explosives badge. It requires a lot of spawn killing, suicide and luck. I was totally in the zone when I got it.. went 25-0 before dying with just c4.

Damn expert explosives - nice, still trying with vet. What map did you get that on... karkland. Bet they didn't like you much by the end of it. I guess spawn killing is the way to go, at least that way you know where the traffic is coming from.

and... I agree with you on the medic pack thing. If I'm wounded I go hunting for packs, most people don't value their lives and just keep going. Much to my frustration.

yea it was karkand (54 player server). It's all about timing.. sometimes you gotta kill someone and wait for a medic to revive them then kill both of them. I managed to do that a few times.. I probably ended the round with 44 c4 kills. That roof just south of the Hotel flag is golden. It's nerve racking when you are close to getting it and you get a teamkill. I was saying sorry, typing it out..anything to not get punished and banned. Teamkills will happen when u try for it.

Were you playing on the Moders server? I got my Expert Explosives on FFTF server, but the stats never recorded. Talk about being ****ED. No I'm going to try again this coming weekend either at modders and/or LMS. Spawn killing is the only way, lol . . . Except you need to try your best not to suicide, respawning is time wasted.

3 Major obsticles when getting that badge.

1) Suicide and respawn time
2) Running out of C4 before you die
3) Friendlys punish and you get banned.

I went 14-1 on a server with still 260+ tickets left on the losing side, TK ONE person, they punish, I got banned. Don't know how just one can get me banned but I was ****ed.

ha too true, when I was going for my expert medic combat and was running around killing people, the ticket was getting low and I had just a few more to kill... nerve racking stuff. BF2 is great when you get the rush.

my best guess would be Wake or Sharqi(as US).... and like someone allready said... big maps with few players... and then you just need some nice aggressive SpecOppers
