Yeah, I know why wake doesn't, but I have no idea about Kubra and Mashtuur.

We would if EA released some kind of plugin for the mod editor that allowed pathing and stuff for bots.

Singer player has all maps excluding Mashtuur City, Kubra Dam, and Wake Island 2007.
