OK, there are lots of punishing going on, and some teamkilling, and whoring.

But if you play the game, you get many times "thx I ow you one" , realy actualy the guys are quite polite in the game, heal them they thank you, give them something (vehicle, ammo, repair, ....) they thank you for it.

When someone is driving off, and you ask for a pick up, you have a 50% chance he stops and reverses to pick you up.


maybe we should start to look at the good things of the BF2 people, there are lots of them out there.

Offcourse I still hate the punishers for nothing and the TK'ers for vehicles

Use Teamspeak, and play with a clan, and you wont have the noobish problems.


(ramming, no pickups, punishing, tking for a vehicle, everyone going lone wolf, no backup, etc)

But you know what I think this whole punishing and teamkilling thing is like a domino effect.

Like before it was some losers that started it and then more and more people get fed up with it and start doing it too. Now that is no excuse for them, they are still losers for not handling themselves well.

Sometimes after a whole round of stupidity (like I fly a chopper and some guy jumps out, punishes me for it; someone runs over my mine and punishes me for it; jumps in front of me taking off and punishes me for it) I get fed up and start to teamkill and cause chaos to the dumbass team until I get kicked. I took control of myself and never do it again. Infact, I actually ripped out my "page down" key.

what i do is when some morons keep punishing for nothing or tking on purpose, i log out then log in with the other account of mine, which is only for evil-against-evil. i go on that server again, and do the same thing to those idiots as what they do to others. let them know how it feels.

fuinally a thread about some of the good things about people in this game. and yes i agree. it makes you feel all fuzzy-wuzzy inside when say you help someone and than they help you and follow you and a whole squad just gets perfect. with an equal balance of power and teamwork. i LOVE it when that happens. :)
if some of yall want some people to get onto teamspeak and play as a good team than you should check this out ( 66.165.113.2:8880 ) that is the TS i am always at and many others.( and the password is 33rdsuper for unregistered people.have fun. :)

Lucky for me i've encountered a lot of good people while playing, but once in a while there's always one bad apple in a server.

In the time that I have played i've noticed that there are some bad people, some people that you can hardly care about, and then there are those that make the game great. I cannot count how many times someone has given me a ride when they saw me without transport and the many times they have saved my life and to be nice, i return the favor. Usually when we play like this, we win...hmmmm could it be teamwork???

I always say thanks when I get revived or healed bacause some medics are bitc|-|es they just walk by me and not heal me or rivive me.I also say thanks when someone helps me get a flag or kill someone i'm shooting at ect...

im usually playing with atleast 3-4 clanmates and having a great time. it seems that if there is atleast 1 squad working together that it really benefits the whole team.

Playing with people you know or being invited into squads with people you have worked with before is always nice. The other day I was going to about giving peoeple lifts to places they wanted to go in a heli, sort of like a miliatary taxi service. When people are polite and play well you pwn.

Yeah, I know what you all mean. Things like this always make me wish I had a unit, but I'm always uncomfortable talking to people of the comms, especially if they know each other. Back in my MW4 unit days (I still play, just no unit) it took me a month before I could say one word to the rest of my unit without choking or stammering.

I agree also. Though BF2 can sometimes be home to some of the lowest scum on the Earth, atleast 60% seem to be good people right now. I'm getting punished less and less for someone else's stupidity (and sometimes even mine), have seen people even up teams themselves when auto-balance system seems to be broken, and 80% of the time people won't steal my tank if I'm repairing. I recall one instance where I was in a squad as the squad leader and had gotten out of my tank to revive someone. I was killed, so one of my squad members, who was the gunner on my tank, got into the driver's seat. But, when I respawned, he immediatly got back to the gunner position without me even having to ask.
