PRMM installation

So, I downloaded the mod.. I unpacked it.. now what?

I always have trouble installing mods? Where do I put it?

(I know you'll have a field day with that one)

I got it, but I have some questions.

Does anybody know any servers running it?

Which single-player maps have the littlebird in it, and where?

How does the laser pointer work. I point it at a target, and hold left mouse.. nothing happens.
