What's up with the War College ribbon requirements?

Hello everyone. I've been wondering if anyone here knows the ACTUAL requirements for the War College Ribbon. TotalBF2 says you need a kill death ratio of greater than 3:1 http://www.totalbf2.com/strategy/ribbons/ yet several other sites say it's actually a 3:1 win loss ratio. They're both fairly difficult to gain but there is quite a big difference in play style for both. Does anyone know what the actual requirements are?

iirc its not greater than 3:1. its greater than 1:3. as long as you dont suck in a really big way you should have no problems staying above 1:3.

wait, 1:3? So like 10 win 30 losses? or 100 kills 300 deaths?

I guess I understood it to ba a 3:1 ratio (Win:loss)

so using the above.... 30 wins : 10 losses.

So TotalBF2 is currently wrong in it's description of what you need to get the War College Ribbon?

Repost: So it's fact that to get the War College ribbon you have to have a 3:1 WIN LOSS ratio and not a 3:1 KILL DEATH ratio?

Correct.

And 50 commander hours...and some round requirement.

3 more hours as commander and 11 more wins to get that ribbon

I'm going to plane whore all week just to get the 3:1 W:L ratio and be commander in every non-aircraft maps.
