    Account name forgotton but knows password

    Can someone help my Friend Please....because he has forgotten his account but remembers his password...

    How to help him find his account?

      Well, I think he should be able to recover his account via the email he entered when he signed up.

      I m not too sure though.

          Make a new one or have him recieve acount with email instead of nickname

              Does he remember the email he used??

              If so just retrieve the account in Manage Accounts with said email.
