On a carrier deck, it's a very loud, very busy, and extremely dangerous place. Everyone has thier jobs to do, and not everyone can drop what they are doing and run over to him. Otherwise you're asking for more accidents to happen. Some people need to keep a head on, and divert traffic and operations so the right people can properly assist him with worrying about getting run over a second time or something

well ... other than that guy and the pilot they where thinking first ... you might notice that they crossed their arms/signals over their heads and looked around first to ensure that they dont get run over too.

The fact was, this guy was so mad cuz someone else got the jet before he could, so he stood in front of it in order to let that pilot tk him, so he could punish the pilot.
