High Pings?

In BF2, I used to get pings like 80. Then I started getting pings around 140. Now I'm getting pings in the neighborhood of 220. I scanned my computer for viruses and spyware, that's not the problem. I usually play at 1024x768 at 85 Hz, and I get around 140 ping. I tried lowering my resolution and now I get like 220. I change it back, and I get about 140 again. But I used to get like 80 ping, so what can I do to change it back?

My specs are:

1 Gig DDR Ram
ATI Radeon X800
3.2 P4 GHz processor
80 Gig Harddrive

well first of all are you running any other programs in the back like downloading gay porn or animal porn cause i can see from you IP that you like to do that type of stuff.

also it make a big difference where to servers you are playing on are located.find one with a low ping and play on it,the closer the sever is to you the lower ping you will get.
