Who has lag problems?

Well everytime I fly a Jet/Helicopter I seem to lag a lot, same when I first join the server and different periods through out the game.

It gets really annoying, one moment i'm flying the next moment i'm heading straight into the water...

Anybody else have the same problem or used to? If so is there a fix for this annoying lag?

When I join a server I usually can't play properly for the first minute because my memory is trying to capture everything going on around me.

But lag isn't usually my problem, it's that damn 'Problem with your connection' that bugs me.
