    Question on Ribbons/Medals IAR

I still need a few awards like a Helicopter Ribbon

    when UBAR says

    IAR 20 kills
    IAR 15 minutes in helicopter

Is that a total of 15 minutes in one round or 15 minutes in cockpit without dying in one round? And do you need to get the 20 kills in the same round?

You need to get 20 kills from a helicopter in one round.
You need to spend 15 minutes in a helicopter in one round.

Neither requirement cares where you are seated in the helicopter, only that you are in a helicopter.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

To answer the second part of your question, deaths do not influence it at all. You just need to have those totals by the end of the round.

You need both in the same round. They are right - no deaths matter - only that you have a total of 15 minutes of that round in a chopper. While in the chopper THAT round (does not matter if it happens by minute 5 or 16), you need to get a total of 20 kills - WHILE IN THE CHOPPER.

          Simply put:

Get in a chopper - get 20 kills while in it. If you have your 15 minutes before you get your 20th kill, you get your award at 20th kill. If you get your kills in 5 minutes - at 15 minutes you will get your award.

**NOTE: kills that say (FAV) or (killed) or something other than (helicopter kind here) DO NOT COUNT as kills in the chopper. Like when someone bails out of a jeep when you blow it up - sometimes it says you (FAV) them or whatever. Trust me.

Make sure you only count kills that say (AH-Z) or (Blackhawk) or whatever it is.

ALSO - if there is a requirement that says you need 15 hours in a chopper for this. Make sure your stats say you have 15 hours in before you do this. If your stats say 14:45 - and your next round you have 30 minutes in the chopper and get 45 kills - you are sh** out of luck. No award.

You need to get the kills and cumulative time in a chopper in one round. You dont need to rack up 15 mins in one go!!!!
