The next zoom level is the statric map image in 2D form, not an elevated 3D mapimage like above, this only happened for that round as it was a 2 round server, the mext map it was back at the proper zoom level.
I didn't really like it tbh, sure you can see more but as Bird Killer it does not give any advantage since objects are so small.
