Totally frustrating:
I made a stupid mistake when trying to fix an earlier problem and I ended up deleting EVER folder (including BF2) in the ".../my documents/Battlefield 2/mods/" directory.
I went to start the game then it crashed to desktop. Well, I had enough and decided I'll just reinstall the game and start from scrath...
I go to uninstall BF2 and everything's fine until Installshield Wizard starts. I see the screen for it VERY breifly (like half a second) then it completely disappears and I'm left staring at my desktop.
The same thing happens when I try to install game the--the InstallShield Wizard screen flashes VERY breifly then completely disappears.
I am guessing the problem is with Installshield Wizard itself, but I have no idea how to rectify it.
Any help would be appreciated. Thx!
