No Points/Ribbon After 48 Hours

My First Post;

I have read the Post regarding points not updating and I have waited the recommended 48 hours.

I played a round over 2 days ago in which I earned 168 points and a Staff Officer ribbon/medal.

I have yet to receive either.

Unfortunatly, I do not have the IP of the server or server name.

I am very aware that I may never receive these points or ribbon/medal but was hoping there was something I could do.

Please let me know,

If it was on an unranked server you wont get the points. In the other case just be patient, it should show up eventually.

It was a Ranked server. I have set my filter to only display those.

I will continue to wait...patiently.

Ok, but, dont completely rely on the filter. I have mine set to show 'not full' servers for example and I get full ones all the time. The filters dont work that well.
