I keep reading about people that make changes, (or delete) in the bf2 files so the movies don't play, skip the intro etc.
Then theres the problems that at times are associated to such changes.
As soon as the intro movie gets under way, on pretty much any game I ever played, (esp bf2) just press ESCAPE key and presto, you are at the login screen. ("Welcome to duty...")
I have the same irritating message owing to a server incompatibility saying "revert to current modification version"
B.S. since having to reinstall the game, then the 1.03 on top of it.
It all ran great prior, then I had an issue with a piece of the BF2 file memory, reinstalled, (twice since) and still trying to get back to the gameplay.
My latest find was EA saying to manually uninstall ala
