'V' talk to Squad Leaders if no Commander

Is it possible to change the mic binding to talk to other people instead of a commander and your squad members? For example can the 'v' button be bound for squad leaders to talk to all other squad leaders instead of the commander (can be useful if there is no commander)

v is the command chat. all squad leaders can already here each other. I beleive it still works even if there is no commander.
