Anything can be sold..but don't expect to get much for it. I think people enjoy earning their own stats.

I imagine you could sell it if you found a big enough idiot out there somewhere. On guild wars people sell their accounts for like 100-500 bucks. I wonder if anyone is dumb enough to buy them. it would be easier to buy the game and take a week getting to max level
