Lost Pacific Island CHINA Vs. USMC
Beta 1.4 (Latest Build 52, 12.01am 04/11/2005) Update!

There is a detailed description of the map and about 15 or so screenshots on my site along with download and installation instructions. As this map is still being tested/developed I would really enjoy any feedback, comments and bugs that are found. If you do come accorss anything please email me so that we can address them. The last week has seen major improvements to the map..... Test it out, let us know your feedback

Yeh thats cool.... and thanks for the feedback. I will be releasing Beta 1.3 soon as i get a few more bugs sent to me.

So far only 2 bugs have been listed this time..
1) Shadow Map Missing for 2 Objects (Ship Wreck + Bunker @ Airstrip)
2) Ground causing issue at gatehouse on docks.

If there are any others let me know.

All reported bugs have been fixed... and a few other changes have been made.

Changes Include:
-- Arty / UAV / Radar removed from USMC
-- USMC Lookout (Dropzone) Flag now Uncappable
-- Arty / UAV/ Radar removed from being specificly China to being who ever holds the flag this should encourage the USMC to really go for the flag points.
-- Attack Choppa insted of Transport at Eastern Helipad, along with a build up of some buildings and fences.
-- There is now a path cut into the Eastern island around the helipad to allow more angels of foot attack.
-- China no longer starts with Radar as its now on the Western Island and the flag starts uncapped.


Fixes:
-- fixed missing lightmaps for Ship Wreck & Bunker at Airstrip
-- Docks tidied up and no longer shimmer with the ground at altitude
-- adjusted textures should look better
-- used Fushe Pass lowdetail
-- Fixed some of the roads to make them smoother and easier to drive
-- Moved the Stinger at the Lookout to more effective location
-- Rememoved SMG/BIPOD from West Dock
-- Moved TOW missiles out from the gatehouse so they would be more effective against APC's coming over the water
-- Added SMG/BIPOD to Westend Flag


Testing this and should be available in the next 24hours if all goes well.

Wow that looks really profesional made. Awesome job. maybe it could get added to the totalbf2 map pack.
