The only ships in the US Navy with nuclear power are the Nimitz class, and Enterprise class aircraft carriers.
Don't forget the SSN/SSBN's! We have lot's of those suckers! We actually had about 9 nuclear powered CGN's (Guided Missle Cruisers)up until the mid - late 90's. I think the last one was decomissioned in 2000.

And can you believe W. is getting his own hull? :|

Sub's aren't ships, in the service they're refered to as boats.

The last two CGN's (Calfornia class) were decommed in 98'.

Oh and W isn't getting his own hull, his father is, and I'm damn glad about it to. Can you imagine a carrier named the USS Clinton? They'd have to copy the Roosevelt's motto with Walk Softly and Carry a Little Stick!

The reason I got BF1942 was solely for Desert Combat. I know very well what happened with the ships in the game and have seen boatloads (literally) of people go no-more due to one steering out of bounds. The lag wasn't always a huge issue with me, but I know it exists and boats obviously didn't help anything. I played Midway a lot as I liked the Naval warfare aspect of the game, and the lag was slim to none. People might have glitched across the deck here and there, but that was partly by fault of the game not liking people being on moving objects as well. I imagine the same would happen in BF2 as well.

Yeah I totally missed the "H." in the "George H. W. Bush". Thanks! I think that would be USS Hillary R. Clinton right?
