Ribbon before badge?

Last night I got the Air-Defense Ribbon. How is it possible that I still can't get the Basic Air Defense Badge? I was in that China AA vehicle on the FuShe pass board for at least 25 minutes and made the 11 kills nessary to get the Air-Defense Ribbon. So how is it not possible that I didn't get the Basic Air Defense Badge? The ribbon has harder requirements than the Badge. Am I missing some requirement here?

I think the badge actually has to be done inside a mounted stinger. AA vehicles don't count toward thae badge I don't believe.

Yes they do and I also got the ribbon before the badge

Here are the requirement from bf2s.com:

Basic Air Defense Badge

Description: Awarded to personnel who have been exposed to enemy fire while performing their duties in an air defense vehicle.

Criteria:

Combat Qualification: Satisfactory
Requirements:

IAR: 5 minutes on Air Defense (Stinger or AA Vehicle)


I have sat in more Stingers and AA equiment, mounted or in vehicles than should be allowed to get this badge.
What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm...it used to be global minutes spent for the basic badge, not in a single round, but I guess that was changed in patch 1.03. Oh well, sorry for the misinformation.

If you fulfilled the requirements and didn't get it, then you either already have it and don't know (doubtful) or it's bugged. *shrugs*
