Commo Rose 'Spotted' via Joystick?

I would love to be able to hit one key on my joystick (old Logitech something Pro) and do the 'spotted' command to spot tanks and helos.

Is there an easy way to do this, outside of the drivers that some joysticks come with? Is there a simple way to do it without any 3rd-party software?

If not, what's some lean 3rd party app that can do it?

JoyToKey can do it. It's what I use.

But it's an old 3.7.4 version. The latest English version is 3.7.9.

I'll keep looking..until then, I'll keep re-hosting the file if needed.
