This game just sux

Let me clarify, this game is awesome, but 99% of the people in it suck.

Teamkillers, full helicopter flag capping for easy points, cheaters (I guess punkbuster isn't working?), exploiters.....the list goes on.

Why can't people play a game the way it was designed? I have played a few private server matches with some clans, and it is so much fun.

I wish I owned EA so I could ban all the pusses who can't play the game right :)

A guy named =]-[f=shellz actually thought he was allowed to exploit graphics bugs and hide inside walls, able to kill, but unable to be hit....and his team commander just kept dropping him supplies when he needed it.

He was so sure he was allowed, he showed me how to do it...so I had him kicked and turned the problem in to EA...who proceeded to put out a huge patch and NOT fix it!

This is a great game...if it just wasn't for the people in it :hmm:

Well they pretty much fixed the helicopter flag-hopping problem. It's actually really cool now to see a horde of people parachute down to cap a flag.

I played Maashtur (sp?) yesterday and the US (my team) were still capping flags with a full chopper hovering... I shot them down once myself before I changed servers cause I can't stand weak arse players :)

Yes, they changed the behavior of passenger capping to none.

So, let me make sure I understand this - you shot down a helicopter full of your own guys on purpose because you thought they were being 'weak arse players', and yet you complain about other people ruining this game? :cry:

But still, it would have capped faster pre-patch, because each person inside the heli would have counted. Now everyone in the heli only counts as one person so the flags don't change quickly at all, making the hovering heli really vulnerable to enemy (and in your case, friendly) fire.

All I see these days is a full chopper flying around wiping people out, who cares about flags.

The way I see it, the game just needs a few simple fixes and the majority would be happy.

Just for starters, I'd like:

- No reload/shooting while jumping about
- No reload/shooting while flying through mid-air
- Weaken the GP-30/GP-25/M203 (I'd prefer less damage rather than more splash)
- No destroying mines with nades (stupid change)

Teamkillers - It always happens, even in real war. If someone does it on purpose then then punish him and eventually he'll get kicked/banned.

Full helo flag cap - They changed that in the patch, only the pilot can cap the flag so it'll take a year to cap it.

Cheaters - In my 200-300 or so hours playing this game I've never seen anyone whom I could accuse of cheating, but maybe I've just been lucky.

Exploiters - You have a point there. Never seen anyone actually using exploits though, except for the support-support re-arm thing, and the medic-whatever kill/revive thing, but that was fixed in the patch

The list goes on - Great way of saying "The list ends here but I want to sound important".

Yes, I did. They were trying to get cheap points all the while leaving the team short 5 or 6 players badly needed on the ground. They were unaware I guess that more people in the chopper doesn't help anymore. So me and the rest of the team were basically fighting 10vs16 because of these idiots trying to find easy points instead of playing the game. They were not shooting anyone, just going to empty flag points and capping them.

I did play the Wake map and saw a group of enemy US fly in on the chopper and all but the pilot parachute out and take a point guarded by myself and 2 others. THAT WAS FREAKIN AWESOME!! I may have died, but it was some damn fun gaming!

Like I said, I love this game, when people just have fun and play it right.

but overall the original poster is correct..

The game is great but the way people take advantage of exploits and
such ruins the fun..

and lets not forget one more thing that sucks just as bad as enemy
exploiters.. a USELESS COMMANDER.

During a 1/5 match on Wake last night, I asked our useless commander
why he didnt do ANY uavs.. and he said I had to request them..
LMFAO. I scored 178 points, and he scored 90... of course with his
2x bonus after the win, he scored higher than me.. and for doing NOTHING.
