Best way to find guildmates in game.

I was wondering if there are any tools out there to make finding your guildmates in game any easier. Currently we agree a time to be online and a range of possible servers. The we spend the next 10 minutes loading each server in the browser and scrolling through the list of players. Can't find them then move onto the next server.

We've tried Xfire but all it ever did was lauch BF2 and not connect us.

So any other tools out there that say player XYZ is playing on Server EA UK .... and allow you to connect to that server with one click ?

Use Xfire and write down the IP or remember the server name.

Pitch in 5-10 bucks each and get your own server.

Game monitor and BF2 trasjer are the only good ones I have heard people use.

latest update of xfire (for the BF2 1.03 patch), will launch AND connect you to the BF2 server :)

what he said..... + getting your guildbuddys to chip in for a xx slot TS server (thyre cheap) really helps too

Xfire all the way..they have a favorites section now and are working through a beta test for voice chat..you can also manually chat like MSN or AIM with it..very cool program to use..

Also - might want to make sure you are starting up the right game. Your guildmates are probably on WoW, and you are loading BF2 - this might be the start of your problem. heh :P
