To each his own for sure but leave your "if you can aim" and "skill comments" somewhere else. I like the jackhammer better. To me it is more fun than the pump.

Comparing stats means nothing, I fly with the eng. kit so I can fix my chopper, as a good pilot your gunner gets most of the kills. So in reality, I am getting killed a lot when using the shotgun but it doesnt correlate correctly on the stats page. Keep that in mind when digging up peoples stats. The way stats are kept in BF2, they dont translate well into what the player is actually doing in game.

But there is a VERY large difference between more fun and more effective. We're talking about effectiveness.

There's wiggle room, but we can draw some broad conclusions from stats. You'll note that the gentleman in question was claiming amazing, 5-kill chains with the JH. His stats simply don't support anything like that.
