Rpg Maker Xp!

Has anyone used this great program? I'm having an issue getting started. So far all I can make is a title screen, and a one screen map where I can run around trees and shrubs I've put in. I have no idea how to make screen transitions or dialogue or anything...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Below is a pic of the main character. I've edited his appearance and he now HOPEFULLY looks like Naruto.

Yea, i have that program. I just mess around with it and get terribly confused.

yeah i have rpgxp its pretty sweet, been using that program for like 7 years now, ive made some pretty sweet stuff. but im at work right now, ill see if i can up some of my files later when i get home.
