I tried them yesterday. Just after installing them my 3Dmark score dropped from 4300 to 4100 points.

Are you sure you weren't using Good Performance in the nVidia drivers when getting 4300, because when you install new drivers the setting is set to Quality.

And I also think that there is nothing wrong with the drivers.

They work fine for me. Don't say something is crap or it doesn't work just because it didn't work for you, you don't have your computer setup the exact same as anyone else, so there's gonna be differences.

And don't come here and say they work fine for you, so lets all just not talk about something that is giving someone else trouble. Your logic is flawed. The forum is for discussion. Its not all about you. If it works fine for you then state your success and move on. No need to criticize other peoples problems. BTW, isn't this 'Client Support' forum?

The 81.85 drivers caused fog errors in Karkland on my BFG 5900 Ultra. The drivers actually improved performance, wish I could use them but Karkland was difficult to play with the fog disappearing and reappearing. Back to 77.77 drivers.

No problems with fog in Karkand on my 6800GT. People with older 5XXX models may experience problems and I certainly wouldn't recommend upgrading to every new driver release while using an older chipset.
