Death by Defribulator

On BF2S I show 1 or 2 Defrib kills and 65! deaths.

I'm struggling here but I kinda recall maybe 2 or 3 times but that's it.

Then I'm like ok, 1 night really drunk I got into a defrib contest with some idiot and lost big. But no, the guy with my best death streak of 6 has only 1 defrib kill.

I have another guy in my clan and he hates it when he's revived and just gets shot again [doesn't understand it's still only 1 kill in the end.] Well he has only 1 or 2 defrib deaths so I know it's not a glitch where a revive by defribulator is showing as a death.

Did a search but nothing under defribulator.

anyone got a clue???

The number of deaths listed by a weapon isn't the number of times you've been killed by that weapon, but rather the number of times you've died while using it.

So every time you have the paddles out running to revive a teammate and get killed, it counts toward that number.

As variable said, first time I saw this I wondered just what exactly I had missed when playing.

This shocked me aswell when I first saw it. But variable's explanation is 100% correct.
