Why didnt i get my commander badge!?

I played as commander from start to end at wake island 2007. When the game finnished i had 44 commander points but i didnt get the badge. still havent got it... and it says that you need 40 commander points so i should have it... or? (confused)

you have to get ingame score of 40 not final score

before 2x and maybe there is a time requirement

I have been trying for this badge for ages, i just cant get 40 points before the x2, any tips

kubra dam...i got my staff officer ribbon on that map...the map can last ages...

This weekend I got 40 points just as the map ended, sadly it didn't tally then in time I guess because I didn't get the award. I did it on a large server of Karkand.
