Vet Badge / First Sgt bug. FIXED.

Not sure if you already know.
But i am just giving feedback on the basic / vet badge problem.
Basically there was a situation where if you were awarded both awards at the same time the server / database would only record the vet badge.
Then because of this you could not become First Sgt.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, i was awarded basic / vet pistol at the same time and thought that i could not become First Sgt.
But i just got the extra points and became First Sgt.
So, i can confirm that they have fixed this problem.
