I'd say it greatly fluctuates depending on the number of public hacks released.

Atm theres about 2 undetected and 5 or so detected but still useable if easily hidden from PB.

So basically atm anyone who wants to hack can and that means a few thousand cheaters atm.

However at times of no public undetected cheats you would have a very small number of hackers, maybe 100.

I like to judge the number of released hacks by my K/D ratio graph.

However if your asking what % are willing to cheat, i'd 'guess' 10%.

Less than 5%. There are so many accounts that I couldn't see it being higher than 5%.

using an unfair advantage in a game doesnt make someone a hacker, it makes them a cheater. calling someone a hacker makes them sound smarter than they actually are

noone hacks in this game, people cheat in this game.

and i dont think theres that many.
