Poorly run servers

I was on a server and I saw this and left the server. Kick votes had been disabled. I wish there was a way to black list such poorly run servers so I never saw them again:

There are many many poorly run servers. Too many to count. Admins that won't even enforce their own rules and when you ask them about it, they kick you instead of the person causing a problem. It's worse on the weekends when the kiddies are on longer and later too.

yeah it sucks sometimes, the team killers look for and favorite the ones that have kickvote disabled

Thats why you should stick with the few good serves you know, like i do.
